Alice wrote this book SO well, I was hooked literally from chapter one. The tension between the MMC & FMC was gripping and I could really feel the emotions running through them at every moment. Both characters dealing with traumatic and heavy pasts, both striving towards big goals... But they come together with one big fake-dating plan to better their chances. What they didn't expect is that their relationship would quickly become a lot deeper and real than agreed on 👀
When I say there BETTER be a book two and FAST, I mean it 🥺 I'm invested now, not just in our main characters but I feel like there's so much more that I need to dive into and understand - Jade specifically, if you wouldn't mind Alice 😏😂

This was a clever and fun romance read! I found myself reading long into the night. It is especially great for anyone working in the medical field! As a nurse I could really appreciate the difficulties of giving so much of yourself. I feel this writing is on par with Abby Jiminez who I adore!
📖 About: Percy needs a plan to get her horrible ex to leave her alone. She decides to Fake date a Doctor who is known as Dr Demon for his less than warm demeanour and makes him an offer he can’t refuse. Over time their plan takes off and spirals out of control along with their work life. Come end of year they have to choose between work matches or love?

I like how through all the humour Alice has shone light on important heavy topics and helped the characters work through those.
